Laboratory installation for testing of heat-exchange

Study of design and principle of operation of heat exchangers of plate, shell and tube, "tube in tube" and air cooler; determination of viscosity and heat capacity of liquid at different temperatures. List of works to be carried out on the training stand: <ul> <li>- Studying the design schemes of heat exchange apparatuses</li> <li>Measurement of flow rates and temperatures of hot and cold coolants at the inlet and outlet of heat-exchange apparatuses.</li> <li>Determination of heat transfer coefficients in recuperative heat exchangers at different modes of heat carrier flow.</li> <li>Investigation of the influence of thermophysical properties of the cooling medium on the heat exchange processes.</li> <li>Study of the air heat exchanger design.</li> <li>Testing of air heat exchanger to determine the heat transfer coefficient and heat load.</li> </ul>
