Description

The tubular laboratory electric furnace in horizontal version is designed for analytical work and heat treatment of products and materials at temperatures up to 1250ºC. The electric furnace includes a step-down transformer, which is used to supply the heaters of three independent thermal zones. The heater is a spiral of iron-chromium-aluminium alloy with a diameter of 6 mm. A through ceramic tube is inserted and fixed inside the heating block, limiting the working volume. There are removable ceramic plugs on both ends of the ceramic tube. Three independent heat zones ensure a high level of temperature uniformity in the working volume of the electric furnace.
