Low-Emission Float Glass with Soft Coating Pilkington Optitherm S3 for Insulating Windows

High quality colourless float glass with a clear low emissivity coating, Pilkington Optitherm™ S3 is designed for use in insulating glass units where there are high thermal insulation requirements.
The coating is applied by magnetron sputtering after the glass has been manufactured (off-line process) and can be pre-tempered or laminated if the end product is expected to offer increased safety and security. The glass has an excellent thermal insulation value (Ug), very high light transmission and low reflectance (11%), allowing to reduce energy consumption even in the most aesthetically demanding environments..
