Electric motors asynchronous three-phase series VADM in explosion-proof version are designed to drive fans, pumps and other stationary mechanisms and machines used in oil refining, gas and other industries. They are intended for application in potentially hazardous zones of class 1, 2 according to GOST IES 60079-10-1 of premises and outdoor installations, in which explosive mixtures of gases and vapours with air may be formed, referred to explosion hazard category IIB, IIC and temperature class T4, T5 according to GOST 31610.0
