Machine for planting anchors SMZh-128B.03

The machine for anchor disembarkation SMZh-128B.03.02 is designed for disembarkation of anchor heads with pre-heating of the ends of reinforcing bars to be deposited.

The machine is designed for anchor setting on rods made of steel of A-IIIV, A-IV, A-V, A-VI classes and heat-hardened steel of At-V, At-VI classes.

The resulting blanks are used in the manufacture of prestressed reinforced concrete structures.

The machine for anchor pulling consists of a frame, fixed and mobile pulling and clamping devices, travelling mechanism, loading device, electrical equipment. The machine has a separate regulation of anchor disembarkation in the fixed and movable clamping devices, which facilitates the adjustment of the machine and improves the quality of its work.
