Description
Manoeuvring Wagon Module - MWM - is a device for moving wagons on the railway tracks of non-use at industrial enterprises. Traction force is provided by transferring torque from the wheels of the loader (mounted on the module) through gearboxes to the traction wheels or from electric motors powered by a diesel power plant. The module is equipped with coupler, ballast, frame, gearboxes, rubberised traction wheels. A cheap alternative to diesel locomotive traction for moving a small number of wagons.
