Description
Purpose: The spiral ship dough mixer TMC-70S is designed for high quality kneading of: wheat and rye-wheat dough, yeastless and yeast dough for puff pastry, dough for muffin products.
The dough mixer can be used for bakery products preparation as a part of galley equipment on naval ships and civilian vessels.
REMAINS FUNCTIONAL: ? During prolonged static tilting (without time limitation) in any direction up to ±15°. ? Rolling with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction. ? When exposed to 98% relative humidity at an ambient temperature of 35°C. ? When exposed to ambient temperatures of 12° C to 45° C for a prolonged period of time (without limitation). ? After exposure to salt (sea) fog.
