Mechanical Medical Bed Model 4.4 for Hospitals and Home Care

Beds are intended for use in hospital inpatient units and patient care at home. The weight of the bed should be, depending on the version of the bed, not more than 140 kg. The side guards in vertical and horizontal position must withstand a load of not more than 15 kg.

The value of the force required to move the bed on a flat surface must be no more than 45 N. The maximum force for braking the drive wheels applied to the brake lever shall be not more than 60 N. The driving wheels should rotate on the horizontal axis without jamming when applying a force, the value of which is not more than 0.35 N, and in the braked state should not turn when applying a force, the value of which is (150±1) N.

The swivelling wheels of the product must be self-orientated and turn relative to the vertical axis of the bracket easily, without seizures.
