Metal Base Gasket with Tooth Profile for Enhanced Sealing Applications

The gasket is a flat metal base with concentrically cut grooves forming a toothed profile, clad on both sides with soft sealing material. Toothed PUTGm provides a safe and effective seal under the most severe operating conditions. The gaskets are designed for sealing flange joints of valves, heat exchangers, pipelines, vessels and other equipment used in nuclear and thermal power engineering, chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, gas, metallurgical and other industries. Due to a wide choice of base and cladding materials, toothed PUTGm can be used practically in any aggressive environment in the temperature range from cryogenic to 1000 C.
