Description

Size: 765x715x775mm. The frame consists of multilayer, moisture-resistant birch plywood 8mm thick, chipboard 22mm, fibreboard 3.2mm. Assembly is made with a frame bracket.

The seat is 40mm PPU, density 30kg/m3. The backrest is 60mm PPU, density 22kg/m3. The sides and backrest are glued with 10mm PPU, density 18kg/m3.

Parts of the module are screwed together with hexagonal bolts M8x90mm. Upholstery material of 1,2,3 categories. The bottom of the module is stuffed with spunbond 60 g/m2.

The product is mounted on a metal frame made of a round tube with a diameter of 20mm. Painting is made by applying polymer powder to the grounded product in the electrostatic field with subsequent curing at T - 180-200°C.
