Metal Fume Extraction Cabinets for Safe Laboratory Use - SHVM Series

Hood cabinet with vertical screen. The screen is triplex in aluminium frames with counterbalance system. Counterweights are located on the rear wall of the cabinet.

The screen lifting height is 800 mm. Exhaust chamber - cold-rolled sheet metal, painted with epoxy-polyester powder paint. Air extraction in the chamber from 2 zones (heavy and light gases).

At the base of the cabinet is a 2 or 3 door metal cabinet with a hood. Height with raised screen 2500 mm. On the back of the hood there is a junction box, which is used to connect the power supply to the cabinet.

The working surface is illuminated by a LED luminaire, placed in a dust and moisture resistant housing, corresponding to protection class IP 65. The luminaire is located in the upper part of the extraction hood out of the influence of aggressive media. On the front panel there are 2 mains circuit breakers, 2 splash-proof earthed sockets and a switch for the luminaire.
