Description

ML7 is a laser machine for additive manufacturing of metal powder products based on direct laser deposition technology. Machines for laser additive technologies of our development have open technological settings and allow to work with powders of any manufacturers.

Purpose and possibilities: production of complex-shaped parts in accordance with 3D-CAD computer model by direct laser fusion (growing) of metal powders.

ML7 can be used for repair of gas turbine engine parts, moulds, manufacture of complex shaped products.

Materials used: metals and alloys in powder form (granulated powder), chrome-nickel alloys, cobalt-chromium alloys, stainless steel, other materials of domestic and foreign production..
