Description
The NE501CD+ microcontroller is designed for use as part of electronic travel documents for automated fare payment systems in public transport and access control and management systems. The microcontroller implements the MERIOS+ transport protocol with cryptographic protection based on the AES-128 cipher. The microcontroller has a non-volatile memory designed to store data (sector organisation of memory) and key information.
