Mixing Plant US-50x20K for Transporting and Preparing Dry Bulk Materials

Designed for transportation of dry powdery materials (cement, plugging mixtures, sand and other bulk materials), preparation of plugging solutions and other sand-liquid mixtures during cementing of oil and gas wells.Loading of materials into the hopper is carried out by screw conveyor and pneumatic method through the loading pipe (loading through the upper hatch is possible). A vibrator is installed in the hopper to prevent vaulting of the plugging material. Cement is fed to the mixing device by two augers. The units are equipped with slit-shaped nozzles with different passage cross-sections for selection of the necessary density of the prepared plugging mortar.
