Mobile Hydraulic Jacking System UDP200DA for Repairing Wagons and Locomotives

Mobile jacking units UDP200DA are used for lifting wagons and gondola cars of all types, shunting locomotives, heavy track machines and various tank cars for the purpose of their repair or replacement of bogies at the boundary stations of rearrangement. Each installation shall consist of the following components: <ul> <li>- four mobile jacks, each with a lifting capacity of 50 tonnes</li> <li>control panel UDS200-20.000, connected with jacks by electric cables.</li> </ul>The main advantages of our jacking units UDP on wheels: realised both general control of the installation by all 4 jacks, and individual control of each of them; automatic shutdown of the jack when the carriage reaches the end positions; emergency shutdown of the entire plant at the push of a button with complete voltage disconnection in case of unforeseen situations.
