Description
Melter stirrer DVAK M-200S stirring stretch type, designed for mixing dense and heavy cheese masses, having the temperature of the working mixture up to 100C. It is used for preparation of soft cheeses such as mozzarella, suluguni and other cheese products. It is designed for loading of raw materials 100 litres.
Made of stainless steel. Solid augers for efficient mixing of dense and viscous masses. The bowl and augers are mirror polished to eliminate stagnant areas and minimise product adhesion to the bowl and auger walls.
The lid with vapour outlet and inspection hatch is mounted on top of the bowl. The hatch can be used to load additional ingredients into the bowl. Steam is injected into the product through nozzles in the bowl and is regulated by pressing special buttons on the control panel.
Steam heated bowl for heating and cooking the cheese mass. The steam jacket of the bowl allows you to maintain a temperature of up to 100C during the mixing process.
