Needle Roller Bearing 4024109 for High Radial Load Applications

Single row deep groove needle roller bearings with turned rings are equipped with needle rollers. The bearings can support high radial loads with relatively small dimensions and are used in units with limited dimensions in the radial direction. Bearings cannot support axial loads. Needle roller bearings are inferior to conventional roller bearings in terms of permissible rotational speeds, but work well in conditions where one of the rings is rocking, even at high rocking speeds. Field of application of the bearings: cardan shafts of railway equipment; supports, the dimensions of which are limited in the diametral direction. These bearings are especially widely used for operation in the mode of oscillating motion in machines and mechanisms of control systems of aircrafts.
