Newborn Sanitary Processing Table "AIST-2" for Care and Hygiene

The table for sanitary treatment of newborns AIST-2 is designed to place newborns on it during sanitary treatment, examination, swaddling, growth measurement and other procedures.

The table is a collapsible construction made in the form of a welded frame, bed, mattress and 2 shelves: <ul> <li>- frame made of steel pipes with polymer powder coating;</li> <li>4 mm thick plastic quick-release stock;</li> <li>20 mm thick polyurethane foam mattress in a cover made of oilcloth with a fabric-based polychlorovinyl coating;</li> <li>shelves made of powder-coated steel sheet or stainless steel.</li> </ul> The heating and lighting device includes: <ul> <li>- 2 infrared radiators ensure even heat distribution over the surface of the bed. All elements of the infrared radiators are covered with a protective metal mesh.</li> </ul>The temperature of the bed surface for placing the newborn baby is regulated by the control unit in automatic mode according to the set value from +34°C to +38°C. The deviation of the average temperature in the centre of the bed from the average temperature of the bed does not exceed 2°C. The accuracy of maintaining the set temperature in the centre of the bed is ±1ºC. <ul> <li>- 1 LED lamp provides illumination of the surface in the centre of the bed not less than 200 lux.</li> </ul>The table is equipped with light and sound signalling of emergency modes. In the process of operation, the control unit located on the vertical part of the stand performs diagnostics of child safety devices, while the following parameters are monitored: <ul> <li>- the temperature sensor is in good working order;</li> <li>overheating of the bed (temperature increase up to +40°C);</li> <li>loss of voltage in the electrical network;</li> <li>discharge of alarm batteries (total battery voltage is less than 2.4 volts).</li> </ul> The table is equipped with a sensor that is placed on the bed and monitors its heating temperature.

The table is mounted on 4 self-aligning wheels, 75 mm in diameter, with individual brakes for each wheel.

The product is delivered unassembled in corrugated cardboard packaging and/or in a wooden crate.
