Description

Special cuff wrapped around the patient's upper or lower limb and inflated with air from the syringe provided, to stop blood flow to the periphery or blood outflow from there in the process of surgical intervention or in case of serious injury. The tourniquet device provides adjustable cuff pressure. The cuff typically has two parallel chambers that are capable of compressing the radial and ulnar arteries simultaneously to reduce the likelihood of access site complications.
