NL Type Elevator for Vertical Grain Transportation and Processing

The elevator of NL type is designed for vertical transport of grain and its products, as well as at enterprises for grain harvesting and processing. Noria is manufactured in climatic version "U", category of placement 3 according to GOST 15150. The elevator is equipped with explosion-discharge device, ratchet mechanism against belt backstroke and control devices.

The elevators operate from AC mains with frequency 50 Hz and voltage 380 V, continuous operation mode. External environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive with the content of non-conductive grain dust up to 4 mg/m. The elevators have a vertically closed traction element in the form of a belt with buckets rigidly attached to it.

The undercarriage and turning devices of the elevator are housed in a closed metal casing consisting of an upper part (head), middle sections (pipes) and a lower part (shoe).
