Noise Suppression System for Valve Testing - GAKS-SGSH-1 (Efficient Noise Control)

The noise attenuation system is designed for noise reduction, exhaust filtration and capture of water and dirt particles during testing of safety valves. It is used in combination with safety valve test benches. Noise reduction depends on the nominal bore of the tested valve and the setting pressure.

The system is a filter-muffler fixed on the lifting platform of the transport trolley. The filter silencer is equipped with a trap for dirt and water particles that enter with the air. Replaceable elements for filtering the incoming air are installed in a soundproofed filter-silencer housing.

The filter-silencer is connected to the outlet flange of the tested item through interchangeable adapters, the dimensions of which depend on the nominal bore of the tested valves. To the upper part of the filter-silencer the exhaust corrugation is attached, which is connected to the shop ventilation system and leads the exhaust out of the room.
