Non-Fire Pipe Cutting Machine GAKS-M for Efficient Pipeline Repair

The GAKS-M type flameless pipe cutting machine is designed for repair of pipelines for flameless cutting of pipes with blade cutting tools with simultaneous cutting of edges for welding. It is used in field conditions for laying and repair of main pipelines, pipelines at industrial enterprises, technological pipelines, when flame cutting is impossible. An autonomous electric drive is used to move the machine around the pipe.

The machine stability during pipe cutting is ensured by a powerful chain tensioning mechanism. Cutting tool feeding is manual. Cutting tools: special milling cutter for cutting the edge at an angle of 30 °, which is necessary for most welding methods; cut-off cutter for cutting pipes.
