A non-volatile non-mechanical storage device, with a four-channel SM2258 controller working with 256 Gbyte MLC NAND Flash crystals manufactured by GES Nanotech JSC. The drive is targeted at consumer devices (workstations, notebooks) with SATA III, 6 Gbps interface. The drive is made in an aluminium case with dimensions and connection dimensions corresponding to the form factor of a 2.5" SSD.
