Office Chair No. 5 - Comfortable Metal Frame Seating Solution

Metal frame of the chair is all-welded, made of profile tube flat-oval cross-section 30x15 mm with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and round tube with a diameter of 16 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. It is welded by electric arc welding in a shielding gas environment. The frame is painted with polymer paint by powder spraying. The pipe ends are closed with plastic plugs to prevent damage to the floor covering and injuries.

The seat and backrest set is made of polypropylene. The seat is fastened with two M6x25 screws from the bottom in specially designed places. The backrest is put on top on the ends of the flat-shaft tube according to the principle of self-fixation. External dimension of the backrest 460x275 mm, external dimension of the seat 460x415 mm, thickness 23 mm.

The chair is delivered to the customer assembled. Weight of the chair is 4.9 kg. Maximum height 865 mm (backrest). Horizontal dimensions 490x540 mm, seat height 460 mm. Maximum design load 125kg.
