Description
Paper-bakelite tube is a pressed and wound tube of electrical insulating paper, which is impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde binder. Its main purpose is to form a supporting insulation on which the winding is subsequently wound. The material is able to work without loss of its properties and characteristics in transformer oil or in air at relative humidity of 45-75%, temperature of 15-35°C and current frequency of 50 Hz.
In this connection paper-bakelite tube is often used in oil-filled electrical equipment, in dry and oil transformers and other apparatus. Operating temperature from -60°C to +120°C. Dimensions: Inner diameter 16-56 mm.
Wall thickness 1,5-25 mm. Length - 900 mm (up to 1000 mm by agreement).
