Petroleum Tank Semi-Trailer PPC NEFAZ-96898 for Transporting Oil Products

Semi-trailer-tank NEFAZ-96898 is designed for transportation and short-term storage of light and dark petroleum products. Axles are imported. The tank is cylindrical of variable cross-section, calibrated, thermally insulated, the cover of the neck is equipped with a filling hatch and a breathing device, each compartment is equipped with a neck and air pipes.

The compressor station is equipped with a spare parts box, cases for stowing pressure-suction hoses, a grooved platform in the neck area with a folding handrail and a ladder, firefighting equipment. Four-axle bogie with single-slope coupling. Suspension: dependent, pneumatic, with front and rear lifting axles.

Technological equipment includes grounding devices, discharge and filling equipment consisting of pipelines, bottom valves, stop valves, bottom filling and vapour recovery system, bottom valve control system. The support device serves as a front support of the PCU uncoupled from the tractor. Braking systems: working - two-wire, pneumatic drive, with EBS, disc brakes of all wheels; parking - with drive from spring energy accumulators to brakes of axles 2 and 3.
