PEV Cap Type Electric Vacuum Furnace for High-Quality Heat Treatment

Hooded electric vacuum furnaces PEV are designed for heat treatment processes (soldering, thermodiffusion, annealing, etc.) of products in high vacuum. It can be used for other heat treatment processes with maximum temperature up to 2200 °C. The furnaces are electric resistance furnaces of batch action with a stationary hood and a vertically movable hearth, which form a heating chamber. The automated control system is based on a programmable logic controller, which allows programming of furnace operation, automatic and automated control, control and archiving of the main technological parameters of the furnace, control and blocking of emergency situations.
