The press is designed for knocking out frozen blocks from:
- block moulds without bottom for fish freezing (euro-frames);
- block moulds for freezing caviar.
The press corresponds to the climatic execution OM5 according to GOST 15150-69 and can be installed at freezing areas of fish processing vessels and coastal enterprises. The press is available in 3 versions according to the location of the unloading tray.
