Designed to fulfil the following functions:
- manual search for a feeder with reduced insulation and determination of the fault location;
- determination of feeder insulation resistance in case of symmetrical and non-symmetrical reduction of insulation resistance relative to ground;
- operation in autonomous mode (without communication with the terminal).
