Powder fire extinguishing module

Buran-0,5(shm1) - pulse module of powder fire extinguishing, used as an executive device in automatic fire extinguishing systems. It is installed in production, storage, domestic premises, cable ducts and compartments full of electrical equipment. It is intended for localisation and extinguishing of fires of class A, B, C, as well as E (the parameter of breakdown voltage is not taken into account according to SP 5.13130.2009).The module consists of a steel case filled with fire extinguishing powder, gas generating element, triggering device, spray nozzle and rupture disk with notches.

The module is triggered by applying a current pulse to the ignition device. As a result of triggering, the extinguishing powder from the housing is pulsed into the combustion zone.
