Pre-Cleaning Unit APO-50F with Cyclone for Effective Grain Processing

Designed for preliminary cleaning from spikelets, straw, stones, small,
light and other weed impurities, coming from combine harvesters grain pile of spikelets, leguminous crops,
oilseed crops and grass seeds.
The units are designed to work in stationary flow lines and are installed before grain cleaning machines or dryers, and can also work independently.
Technological differences:
+ air system is open loop;
+ separation of the grain pile by size is carried out
on flat piercing screens, which vary depending on the crop and type of weeds;
+ cleaning of the grids is carried out by brushes, which allow to
to clean grain of any clogging and moisture content;
+ grain feeding for cleaning is carried out by gravity, without dosing and distributing devices, with the help of cascade-gravity device, which provides uniform loading across the width of the air channel and grids with grain of any clogging and humidity.
