Description
The principle of action of the modules in pressure measurement is based on the measurement of the natural frequency of the quartz resonator. The conversion function is temperature dependent. To correct the temperature dependence, the results of temperature measurements obtained with a second quartz resonator, whose frequency depends on the temperature, are used. The measured frequency values are converted into pressure and temperature values using individual static conversion characteristics in the form of step polynomials, the individual coefficients of which are determined by the manufacturer and are specified in the data sheet of each module.
