Description
Professional rotary baking oven is designed for intensive use in the baking and confectionery industry. The oven is designed for baking bakery products, bread moulded and hem bread from wheat and rye flour, confectionery products. "Monsoon-rotor" without readjustment of air flows in the baking chamber provide baking of high quality products of a wide range of bakery products: excellent bakeability, high rise, uniformly coloured surface, perfect gloss. The oven has a non-disassembled all-welded construction and operates on gas or diesel fuel.
