Heavy-Duty Rotor Crusher for Industrial Material Size Reduction

Designed for crushing materials of low strength by massive rapid rotation of the rotor with rigidly fixed working hammers and repeated blows of pieces on the baffle plates or grids. Crushers are designed for crushing soft, low-edged materials, the compressive strength of which does not exceed 100 MPa. The use of crushers for crushing hard materials is inefficient due to high consumption of wearing elements, however, having high productivity and relative simplicity of construction, impact crushers are widely used in the processing of sedimentary rocks.
