Description

The reaper is designed for harvesting sunflower seeds in aggregate with combine harvesters, on flat fields with a slope of not more than 8°, as well as for spare parts shipped to the customer separately from the reaper. The combine must be adjusted for sunflower harvesting. The combine with the cutterbar provides: cutting of plants, threshing of seeds from baskets, separation of the pile, collection of cleaned seeds in the hopper, shredding and spreading of the upper part of stems on the field, shredding of threshed baskets and spreading on the field.

In addition, the cutterbar in combination with the shredder provides shredding and spreading of the lower part of the stalks on the field. Sunflower harvesting is preferably carried out by a combine harvester equipped with a straw chopper. The cutterbars should be transported with a device for moving adapters.

The cutterbar is used in sunflower cultivation areas (for grain) and should be manufactured in climatic version U and placement I according to GOST 15150-69.
