Description

Purpose: as shut-off valves in systems of domestic and drinking water supply, water disposal, cold supply, on technical pipelines with nominal bore DN from 50 to 150 mm inclusive. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: water, neutral liquids at temperatures not exceeding +85°C. GERMETICITY: class A according to GOST R 9544-2015 in both directions.

INSTALLATION POSITION: horizontal on vertical and horizontal pipelines; vertical with actuator upwards on horizontal pipelines. Construction length: row 3 according to GOST 3706-93 (F4 according to DIN 3202). Working medium temperature: up to +85°C.

Material of body, cover, wedge: cast iron VCh-40 according to GOST 7293-85. Wedge coating: EPDM; NBR. Pipeline connection: flanged according to GOST 33259-2015.

Installation method: in a well, well-free installation Version variants: with hand wheel; without hand wheel; with shaft extension; Average service life - 50 years.Manufacturer's warranty - 2500 cycles or up to 10 years.
