Description

This series of cable is a self-supporting dielectric cable. It is designed for suspension on communication line poles, railway contact network and street lighting poles. The cables are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation The construction consists of a central dielectric fibreglass rod around which polymer modules containing up to 24 optical fibres are twisted (cordels can be added if necessary).

Parallel stacked aramid yarns provide additional resistance to the permissible tensile load. Silicone sealant provides protection against moisture ingress. The sheath is made of high density polyethylene, resistant to ultraviolet radiation, with permissible operating temperature from -60 to +70°?.

It can be made of non-combustible and halogen-free materials.
