Semi-Submersible Pump with Bearing Shaft Tube for Efficient Liquid Transfer

Electric pump units HA (type VS4) with wet column for pumping liquids with temperature up to 370°C meet the requirements of GOST32601 (API 610, ISO13709):
- Supports of suspension shafts are made on sliding bearings with cooling and flushing with pumped liquid;
- the connection of the upper shaft with the motor shaft is made "articulated" through a plate coupling;
- cartridge mechanical seals according to GOST32600 (API 682, ISO21049) are used;
- the mechanical seal unit is located on the base plate of the unit;
- connection of the flow shafts is made by keyed connection with lenticular segmental key, intermediate non-metallic parts such as gear rings are excluded;
- mechanical seal safety systems are used in accordance with GOST 32600 / API 682 / ISO 21049.
The units are manufactured in the version for pumping clean liquids; if necessary, it is possible to manufacture units with a filter for pumping contaminated media (with the content of fur...).
