Shock Freezer Cabinet for Efficient Food Preservation and Storage

Shok-20-1/1T-01 blast chiller is designed for rapid cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast chiller ShOK-20-1/1/1T-01 of Abat trade mark is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. Operation of the cabinet is allowed at ambient air temperature up to +35 °C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%. In a complete set of the cabinet there is a trolley TSH-20-1/1 for GN 1/1 gastronorms with possibility of its installation in the combi steamer PKA-20-1/1/1PP2 that gives possibility to use the device as a part of COOK & CHILL / COOK & FREEZE solution. The trolley is rolled into the cabinet using a springboard. Refrigeration unit of the cabinet - based on a Copeland (Emerson) compressor is controlled by an electronic control unit with the ability to regulate and maintain the required temperature.
