Shock Freezing Machine with Ten GN 1/1 Shelves for Food Preservation

Shok-10-1/1 blast chiller is designed for quick cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast freezer ShOK-10-1/1 of Abat trade mark is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. The cabinet can be operated at ambient air temperature up to +42 °C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%. ShOK-10-1/1 blast chiller has 10 levels of universal rails for GN 1/1 or 600x400 mm trays, refrigeration unit based on Danfoss compressor, electronic control unit with the ability to regulate and maintain the required temperature. The cabinet has a solid-filled polyurethane foam body, equipped with an air cooler with a fan for even temperature distribution inside the useful volume, a seal with a magnetic insert (door closer) on the door to ensure the necessary temperature.
