Description
Aluminium protectors are used both as the main means for electrochemical protection against corrosion of the underwater part of structures under construction and in operation in water with salt content more than 0,5% with sea bottom sediments, and as an auxiliary means for structures equipped with standard technical means of cathodic protection. The working electrode potential should be not more than minus 1.05 V relative to the chlorosilver reference electrode. The mass of the protector is not less than 13 kg.
