Description

Material of side panels - LDPE 22mm thick, PVC edge 2mm thick, colour Zebrano Sahara. The height of the sides is 280mm. The headboard and footboard shall be made of MDF 25mm thick shaped, three-layer enamel coating with anti-vandal special effect colour according to NSC.

The enamel must meet the following characteristics according to GOST 54586-2011, ISO-15184-1998, ISO-11341-2004, ISO-4211-2012 (hardness not less than 6H, scratch resistance not less than -1,5N, colour change /lightfastness/ not less than - 0,39DE, resistance to chemically active liquids not less than - after 16 hours 5 points without changing the surface.)The bed must have mortise adjustable supports in the headboard and footboard. The bed must be designed in such a way that there are no visible fastening fittings on the external visible parts. The product is a collapsible construction, assembly is carried out on eccentric ties and screws.
