Single tramway R50 exit with flexible sharps according

Single tramway exit R50 with flexible shackles according to epure 811 (project 8631.00.000) is designed for transferring trams from one track to another. It consists of external and internal bodies with girdles (feathers) and transfer mechanisms. The bodies are made in the form of castings from high manganese steel with welded rail ends and are fixed on carriages.

Turning sharps (feathers) are made of wear-resistant rolled steel. The switches can be equipped with a system of electric heating of sharps (feathers). The ramp is operated outdoors in macroclimatic regions of temperate and cold climate as a product UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69.

The ramp is designed to allow the passage of rolling stock with wheel bands according to GOST 25712-88.
