Smoke Evacuator Device ASD-"FOTEK" for Surgical Operations

A mains-powered (AC mains) apparatus designed to capture smoke generated during open surgical procedures involving tissue ablation (e.g. during laser surgery, electrocautery, electrosurgical diathermy device). The apparatus captures smoke (consisting of charred cell fragments, water vapour and hydrocarbons from the tissue being vaporised) close to its point of origin, preventing it from dispersing and entering the respiratory tract of surgical personnel.

The device can be used during closed surgical procedures (e.g., during endoscopy, laparoscopy) to improve visibility.
