Soft Cotton Terry Bed Sheet for Comfort and Durability - 100% Cotton

Cotton terry smooth-dyed sheet is manufactured in the Russian Federation. For manufacturing cotton yarn (100% cotton) is used, the cloth in coupons is formed by weaving machines from three types of yarn: root (ground) basis, pile (loop) basis, weft. The cloth in coupons is dyed in batch type machines.

The dyed wet fabric is dried on a dryer-shear finishing line. Longitudinal cutting and longitudinal hemstitching takes place on an automatic line. Cross stitching is carried out on shuttle-type sewing machines.

Density of sheets from 210 g/m2 to 750 g/m2. Width from 0.9 m to 2.2 m. Length from 0.9 m to 2.4 m.

Produced products correspond to 1 grade, the structure, finish, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties comply with: GOST 11027-2014 TR TS 017/2011 (On the safety of products of light industry).
