Purpose: organisation of the process of electronic data collection, with the purpose of storage and their subsequent processing, including statistical. Features: the programme is an Internet resource, provides users with an opportunity to fill in the electronic form of submitting a request for marine scientific research, conducts the formed request through the chain of approvals, the result of which is the automatic formation of a list of information about the work planned in the framework of marine scientific research. Advantages: allows exporting data in the form of a file (RTF), controls changes in the status of the request and allows notifying the user automatically by e-mail; realises automatic control of the submission of reporting materials after the research, with the possibility of blocking the arrears; provides statistical information to the supervisory authority; has the necessary groundwork for the implementation of integration with any other system.
