Special Tow Truck with Crane (FG 314) for Efficient Vehicle Recovery and Transport

Special wrecker with a CMU type SMA20 is designed for evacuation from the scene of an accident or transport to the place of repair of defective vehicles. It can also be used for transporting vehicles over medium distances. Depending on the modification it can be equipped with special broken or sliding all-metal platforms with or without hydraulic drive, load capacity from 2 to 4 tonnes. Loading of the vehicle on the platform is carried out by a crane-manipulator or winch. Functioning of working bodies is carried out due to the PTO from the base engine of the chassis.
