Specialised passenger vehicle (shift bus) NEFAZ-42111-43 base chassis KAMAZ 43502-S4 with Cummins ISB6.7.275 diesel engine for transportation of shift crews and cargoes. Closed-type van body with thermal insulation, divided by a partition into two compartments: passenger/one side single door and cargo/one double door in the rear panel or closed-type van body with thermal insulation/one side single door and cargo platform. Suspension: front-dependent, on two semi-elliptic leaf springs with hydraulic shock absorbers without transverse stability stabiliser; rear-dependent, on two semi-elliptic leaf springs, with hydraulic shock absorbers or dependent, pneumatic, with hydraulic shock absorbers and transverse stability stabiliser.

Steering with hydraulic booster. Braking system: working - pneumatic two-circuit drive with division into circuits on the axles, on the front axle and rear axle, with ABS; brakes of all wheels - drum; reserve - each circuit of the working brake system; parking - drive from spring energy accumulators to the brakes of the rear wheels; auxiliary - motor brake retarder.
