The type and number of layers depends on the qualities that the finished mattress should have.

Thermal fibre insulates the main part of the fillings from the spring unit. After the insulation, different fillings are applied (as desired by the customer). The mattress can be reinforced with a polyurethane foam box.

Cover - mattress fabric is quilted with syntepon or polyurethane foam, stitching technology is thread or ultrastep. After cutting out the details of the cover there is edging on the edging machine (around the perimeter of the top and bottom of the mattress cover is sewn with edging tape, if necessary, a zip is sewn on the end side of the cover. Mattresses are packed in a polythene film.
