Description
The convection cookers of electric kitchen type PCA are designed for cooking food in five different modes:
- convection(dry heating up to 270°C);
- convection + steam (up to 250°C);
- heating with steam (up to 160°C);
- low temperature steam (up to 98°C);
- steam (100°C).
Internal and facing surfaces of combi steamers are made of high quality stainless steel.
It has additional functions:
- three-channel probe
- humidity regulation system (regulation from 0 to 100%)
- 5 fan speeds
- built-in cooling system for water discharged into the sewerage system
- 110 cooking programmes
- automatic washing (with liquid detergent and with tablets)
- fan reversal for even cooking
- decalcification programme (decalcifying dispenser available)
